I have been a member of True Bikram Yoga in Madison, CT for the past two years! I decided to start doing yoga because I was having lower back pain. After just s few weeks of doing yoga my back pain started to diminish and I never looked back.
All the yoga teachers are very focused on you doing your postures correctly based on your individual ability. They never push you to do any posture you’re not ready or simply can not do. Their careful guidance and knowledge through every posture helps you maximize all the benefits of the yoga class.I like that at the end of every class all the yoga teachers say they are available for any questions you may have. Robin (the owner) is very friendly caring and knowledgeable. She also has a great selection of juices that she and her staff makes fresh everyday!
Truly a unique experience every time I go!
